Conclusion: Potential drug interactions were seen among cancer patients and comprise as an important problem in oncology.these interactions ,in yonger than 25 years old and between Dexamethasone and non oncologic drugs were more common than the others.Risk of drug interactins increased by increasing the number of drugs(p<0.001) Keywords: drug interaction cancer -<25 years old patients with no significant differeneces between 2 sex and in metastatic cancers (40/7 ). The most common drug interactions based on kind of drugs (oncologic or non&oncologic drug that use in patients(29/2 ) and has 38 drug interactions with the others.
