خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭derived mesenchymal stem cell (hADSC), today, is known as a potential source for the stem cell bank and tissue engineering uses. From fetal sources, placenta due to its easy access without invasive procedure (In contrast to bone marrow harvest), pluripotency potential (like Adipose tissue) and immunomodulatory properties is defined as a good source of mesenchymal stem cells for medical application Materials and Methods: Subcutaneous adipose tissue was obtained from the abdomen region of 10 healthy women of 2540 years undergoing liposuction Surgery. Then tissue was processed with 0.1 collagenase Type I to gain ADSC.ADSCs were characterized by flow cytometery using a panel of Antibodies including CD29,CD31,CD34,CD44,CD45,CD105,CD166, HLA DR.These confirmed cells were differentiated into endothelial and evaluated for endothelial marker like CD31, CD34. Results : ADSCs were positive for CD29, CD44 ,CD105, CD166,and negative for CD31, CD34,CD45,HLA DR.diffrentiation into endothelial cells was induced via VEGF,EGF and differentiated cells were positive for CD31, CD34 as endothelial markers Conclusion : This study indicates that ADSCs could differentiate to endothelial cell.
