خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭41 frequencies were found to be lower in SLE patients compared with controls. Mentioned alleles were the protective factors in SLE patients. Conclusion: A lot of work has been done to find out the role of genetic factors in SLE. The precise genetic cause of the association has been difficult to define because of the high degree of polymorphism within the genes of HLA. In this study particular attention have been focoused on the association of the HLA alleles with SLE in northeast of Iran. Key words: HLA haplotype, HLA class I, HLA class II, Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) *05 and B*B-68, HLA*01, A*A-09 alleles among patients with SLE versus controls. The HLA*03 and DRB1*DRB1-58, HLA*08, B*B-34, HLA*29, A*A-PCR. After amplification PCR production, were run on 2 agarose gel electrophoresis, and then gel was interpreted for specific bands using Gel documentation. Result: Results indicated that there is significant increase in the frequency of HLA-A, B and DRB1 genes were typed by SSP-A, B and DRB1 allelic sequences variation between SLE patients and control group in the northeast of Iran. Method: The studied samples consisted of 93 SLE patients and 500 healthy controls. In all samples DNA was extracted from 3ml whole blood using salting out method.
