خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭communicable diseses, so having a risk factor predispose others. High frequency of some risk factors in this study is warning and suggest that change the life style from childhood can reduce non communicable diseases at adulesence. Keywords: Non communicable disease, Hypertension, Hyper triglyceridemia, Hyper cholesterolemia. -Background: According to WHO reports, non communicable diseases are the most cause of mortality in the world and by 2015, seventy percent of deaths will be occur by these disorders. Today it has been proven that the major non communicable diseases operate through a cluster of common risk factors. They include obesity, low fruit and vegetable intake, low physical activity, smoking, hypertension, diabetes, hyper lipidemia and inappropriate alcohol consumption. Method: In this cross sectional study, 400 children from 18 month to 7years were selected accidentally from 20urban and rural help centers. Their Personal and medical information was recorded in questionnairs. Their height, weight and blood pressure were measured and finally fasting blood sugar, cholesterol and triglyceride of them were sampled. At last all data were analyzed by SPSS soft ware. Results: Out of all 315 children, 53(16/8 ) had hypercholesterolemia. 175 person (55/6 ) suffer from hyper triglyceridemia. 7 children had impaired glucose tolerance test. 16 children (5/1 ) had systolic hypertension and 27(8/6 ) had diastolic hypertension. 18 children(5/7 ) suffer from overweight. 99 children(31/4 ) had low fruit and vegetable intake.98 children (31/1 ) were passive smokers and 261 children(89/2 ) had low physical activity.
