خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭test and spearman correlation test .Results: The total score of the student had a significant increase after the workshop(from 24.6/100 before to 78.6/100 after workshop),that demonstrates 53.9 improvement in the skill,after the simulation based education(p<0.001). Also the mean score of each station had a significant improvement(p<0.001).Conclusion: This study showed that education of ACLS by simulation and megacode mankin is accompanied by a great increase in student learning.So, it is suggested that this kind of education should carry a special consideration in the learning skills of medical students.Keywords: Advanced cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS),Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), Intern, Human patient simulation (HPS) ,Simulation based education,practice -Background: The knowledge and skills of resuscitation of medical staff is one of the efficient factors in the quality of CPR.Resuscitaion is a critical process so, its education to medical students and staff is very important.Simulation technology is one of the educational techniques is being used for this purpose.It augument the knowledge and skill levels of training and provide a secure and controlled field for practice.In this study we taught ACLS to interns by this technique in the skill laboratory and evaluated their skills.Method: In this study 40 interns of mashhad universitry of medical sciences took part in their emergency medicine rotation (from sep. to dec. 2012)in ACLS workshop with pretest and post test exam.The pretest consisted of 10 OSCE stations that students should pass the exam before the course.Then they participated the work shop.After 2 weeks they participated again in the OSCE stations.The checklist for each station were designed according to the AHA guidelines.The data were described by descriptive statistics and analyzed by paired t‬
