خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭15 weight loss. Data were compared between two groups and within each group, at baseline and at the end of the study.Data:Data from this study indicate that with a significant moderate weight loss [9.99 -lactating, healthy, obese females with BMI30, at baseline and at the end of the study. Case group received a Low Calorie Diet(LCD) till 10-pregnant, non-Objective: To study the effect of weight loss by Low Calorie Diet (950Kcal/d) plus Orlistat and soluble Fiber plus daily moderat physical activity with VO2 max 60 on important lymphocyte subtypes (CD3, CD4, CD8, CD19, CD16/56) in obese premenopausal females. Both obese case and control groups also were compared. Method:Measurement of body composition, Zinc status, Iron status and lymphocyte subpopulations was conducted in non‬▒‭7.85 kg (P<0.001)] by a Low Calorie Diet also with a daily moderate physical activity and the use of Orlistat and Soluble Drugs, some aspects of immune system would be suppressed. In this study Natural Killer Cells or NKCs (CD16/56) and one subtype of T lymphocytes(CD3) had been lowered significantly [respectively(16.13‬▒‭29.74 ;P= 0.026),( 54.6‬ ▒‭17.43;P=0.026)], but there was no significant changes in other immune markers and just BMI, Weight, Fat mass and Trunk fat changes were correlated with CD16/56 decrese, despite of significant reduction in Zinc(P<0.001) and Iron(P=0.032) status. Conclusion:This study suggested that weight loss with a moderate rate, even with a balanced but calorie restricted diet and daily moderate physical activity , would affect immune system adversely. Therefore, energy restriction can be an independent factor that affect some aspects of immunity. Our data support this hypothesis, that excess body fat mass and central adiposity would suppress immunity.‬
