خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭DB-irradiated cells receiving bystander signals initiate a bystander signaling response and affect other adjacent cells and lead to a cascade effect. Although intensity of second order bystander effect dependent on cell type and dose. ROS may play an important role in transferring this effect in other bystander cells.Keywords: Radiation Induced Bystander Effect, Micronuclei, Medium transfer, MRC5, QU-dependent, but this association was not observed in MRC5 cells. Comparing between frequency of MN in first and second bystander cells showed intensity of bystander effect was not decrease with delivered from cells to cells. Treatment of MRC5 bystander cells with DMSO scavenger reduced the frequency of MN in first and second bystander cells.Conclusion: Results indicate non-DB cells was dose-DB cells. The frequency of MN cells was significantly different from their control (P < 0.05) in all subgroups. However, the induced bystander effect in second bystander QU-5 cells by induced with different doses of radiation and also was observed when fresh media derived from first bystander cells to second ones. Similar results were obtained in QU-block micronucleus test as end point of induced bystander effect in first neighbor cells and second ones using the medium transfer technique from irradiated cells. Transferred media to first bystander cells was replaced with fresh medium after one hour.Results: Formation of micronuclei was observed in first MRC5 bystander cells treated with irradiated conditioned medium (ICM) from MRC-DB) were studied.
