خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭kolbs learning theory -teaching style- data. Results: The results indicate that students are more active experimentation learning orientations and accommodating learning styles and teaching styles of faculties were conceptualization. Covariance analysis showed that the interaction between students' learning orientatons and teaching styles of professors and students GPA was not significant therefore auxiliary random variables (teaching styles of professors) had any relationship with varying learning orientations. Also, the students educational grades (GPA) in different ways learning orientations there was significant difference and groups students in' learning orientations "abstract conceptualization" were most of effects and "concrete experience" had the least effect. Conclusion: There are many different styles of teachers can benefit from the learning process, in Radiology department however According to significant concrete experience and abstract conceptualizationlearning orientations and no interaction between learning orientation and teaching styles and the average total students we can say the radiology faculities department should be given most selected appropriate style according subject matter, learners and the learning environment. Keywords: learning style& deductive statistical methods such as Frequency, Average, Pearson Correlation Coefficient, Standard deviation, ancova statistical software SPSS13 in order to analyze our findings & 21 faculties based Census method. We used descriptive & sample consists of 98 students based Stratified sampling & educational grades, facilities teaching styles variables have taken into consideration in the subordinate hypotheses. In order to test research hypotheses, we have gathered essential information by 2 kinds of questionnaires as followings: 1)Kolb learning styles questionnaire (Kolb_LSI) 2)Teaching styles based on kolbs learing theory Statistical community &correlation study educational stududents learning styles- faculitie,s teaching styles of radioogy department at Paramedic College of Mashhad University of Medical Sciences. Method: A descriptive& teaching styles can influence the learning process. So, identifying and employing appropriate learning styles could plays an important role in selecting teaching styles in order to improve education ultimately.
