خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭Lipid profile - Food analysis - Angiography - groups (p<0.05). All lipid profile values between the three groups were not significantly different. Conclusion : These results indicate that the amount of intake of various nutrients can be considered an independent risk factor for coronary artery disease. Further research on the relationship between coronary artery disease and nutrient intake, especially intake of essential micronutrients are needed. Key words : Coronary Artery Disease + and Angio - groups (p<0.05) and the mean of sugar, fiber, trans fatty acids, manganese, folate and vitamin C in both shape of raw and adjusted in control group were higher than two Angio + and Angio - groups (p<0.05), but after adjusting for total energy intake, significant differences disappeared in all cases (p>0.05). The mean of protein, cholesterol, phosphorus, zinc, zinc / copper ratio, selenium, iodine, carotene, vitamin E, niacin, pantothene and pyridoxine in two shape of raw and adjusted in control group were less than two Angio + and Angio -hour dietary recall method and food analysis was performed by Diet Plan 6 software. Results : In this study the mean of starch, saturated fatty acids, polyunsaturated fatty acids, magnesium, iron and copper in the control group were less than Angio - group were recruited in this study. Participants dietary intake was collected through the use of 24+ and Angio - (172 people) according to the angiographic results. Apparently healthy individuals (n=445) were considered as control group. A total of 890 subjects in three groups of control, Angio - (273 people) and Angio +control study of 445 persons who underwent coronary angiography, were divided into two groups including of Angio -Introduction : Previous researches has indicated relation between the rate of consumption some foods and micro and macro nutrients with CAD. The aim of this study was to investigate the association of dietary habits and biomarker risk factors like lipid profile with coronary artery disease based on angiography as the gold standard method for investigate of anatomy of coronary arteries.
