Conclusion: Generally, the critical thinking skills of Assistants at the Mashhad University of Medical Sciences is undesirable and at the weak level, and it is not improved during the four-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), Spearman correlation coefficient, and simple linear regression in the SPSS 16 software.
