خلاصه يا چکيده : ‭tumoral tissues (P>0.001).Patients with gastric body tumor were found to have higher HSP 27 expression (P=0.049 ). Younger patient expressed more HSP 70 (P =0.040). HSP 90 overespression was seen more in patient with well differentiated or intestinal subtype of tumor ( P=0.017 and P=0.009 respectively). HSP 27 overexpression was associated with poor prognosis (P =0.018) ,although HSP70 overexpression was associatedwith better prognosis (P = 0.016). Conclusion: Heat Shock Proteins overexpression might be utilized as predictor markers of tumor behavior as well as patient survival in patient with gasteic adenocarcinoma. Results: 58 patients ( 72.5) were male with mean age of 64 years old. Patients in stage III and IV had lower survival rate.
